first times

for the first time i windsurf successfully. not like i stayed on for long but it was an achievement.
took a basic course with lenny chunpoo and winnie on tues at ECP. fun but i'm aching all over now.

for the first time i watched movie in the morning. like 11am in town? town was rather peaceful. not too many ppl. quite a nice try. john tucker must die is NICE!!

for the first time i ate at the food republic at wisma. okie i'm a country bumpkin. ya. quite nice. lots and lotsa choices!

been really broke cuz i shopped on wed and fri.

farewell on wed for shihao and genhong.
they've been good brothers who brought joy and laughter to YF.
we'll miss u all. really. esp my movie partner.

dyed yijie's hair on thurs. i think i can take hair-dressing as a profession man. so satisfied with the outcome. wanted to post this really funny pic of yijie with some plastic over her head but decided not to. think she'll kill me for that. me and ling had a good laugh at her.

sister's day on sat was nice. the sweetest thing was the present from the brothers....

wore the same dress bought with yijie for service. had prac for the coming sunday's EO prog. totally enjoyed. watched miami vice just now. totally confused.

what did i do to deserve so many good friends?
i've been so unappreciative.
i've not taken deliberate effort to meet them.
i've not talked to many for long.
i've not been there for them when they're feeling down.

i'm guilty of all mentioned.
i'm asking for another chance to prove my friendship.

i'm goin to be more appreciative and not have the couldn't care less attitude.
it takes 2 hands to clap. it takes 2 person to maintain the friendship.

i do cherish my friends.
i do appreciate all that they've done for me.

crazy week without mum and dad

as some had known, my family is outta town and i'm all alone at home. havoc. not really actually. the most was just goin out more often and at later times with a car. period.

wenta airport for justin's surprise on fri.

brother's day at tradehub and the host movie on sat at marina square.

sunday services on sun. services with 's' cuz i attended both chi and eng. brought a friend there. movie after that with michael gigolo wannabe. quite a nice time catching up with my xiaodi.

submitted my irritating lab report and attended class on mon. afterwhich was forbidden siren at cine with genhong. dinner at bt timah mkt and i finally gotta eat stingray! rehearsal for evangelistic programme at tradehub was cool. really enjoyed serving in this special prog.

suppose to drive lingelong to sch on tues but she overslept. i called and called but to no avail. was so worried that she fainted or something. so i wenta her hse and realised she just woke up. gave myself an excuse to skip my lect cuz was alr late. but the time weren't wasted (i feel) managed to talk to ling a lil' and she caught her hotel show at my place. hooked ah. met budee for dinner and some random sharing at the carpark in bt timah.

met shuqing and yingliang (my ex "bosses") for lunch wed(today). wanted to surprise her at her office but decided to give her a call in case she's not in. din wanna make a waste trip down. went for dessert at venezia. meeting weilun later after his class.

quite a fulfilling week without mummy and daddy. they're comin back tmr. which means i mus really start mugging. no more playtime. =( kinda miss them actually. its fun to be alone. no restrictions. but. i have to do everything on my own. laundry. cleaning. feeding xuan's fish (i forgot bout it and 1 of them died, oops)

airport visit

wenta the airport twice yesterday. once was to send my family off to aussie. 2nd time was to surprise our beloved brother, justin for his birthday.

it was really hilarious seeing the brothers holding the make shift "poster" of justin's name and waving to get his attention.

its been long since all of us did something so crazy. we were like the loudest group in the entire airport la. so embarrassing. everyone turned their heads to stare at us. but well. i enjoyed la.

movies and more movies

ball ended with a blast to many but was a "boom" to me. i hit the back of the car and its now dented. argh. so careless. comparing it to last year's i tot it was better then.

met genhong for dinner and movie on sunday after church. its been quite awhile since i talked to him. it was quite a nice chat and was glad there weren't awkward silences and from then on he became my movie partner. counting from sunday, we've watched 3 movies this week. kinda crazy but it was fun. it was then that i realised heeren changed so much. marche is no longer called marche and there's an escalator down to b1 from the shopping mall itself. they din use to have it.

devil wears prada wasn't as nice as we tot it'd be. there weren't much of a twist. monster house was cute. a lil' funny. quite nice but not really worth a 7 buck movie. little man was the best. VERY NICE and funny. must watch. i still haven watch love wrecked. gwen and harn...how? are we still watching?

no more maid!

this morning my maid left. for good. thou at times she's really irritating but generally she's okie. i think i'll miss her and i bet she'll miss us too. she was tearing when she thank us for the 2 yrs of stay here. did 2 collage for her to bring back for memory.

okie so no maid for 1-2weeks as the next one will come only after my parents are back from aussie. have to start to be a lil' independent again. =(

went to this hk cafe at marina sq recommended by szu. ambience was good but we were freezing cold as it was raining on a wed evening. argh. wanted to eat mango shaved ice but gwen wasn't around. so we'll wait for the next time. was walkin back to the car, heading back to sch and home for szu and we saw this nice dress or pj like wat szu said. let the photo do the job.

we look alike right. i'm just a fatter version of her. ha

there was a massive jam on the road and i was late for our last campcomm meetin. thanks gurl for sending me all da way to sch. if not i'll be damn late.
